All items are imported from the UK and Europe and stored in our hygienic climate-controlled US facility.
All orders ship from the US to your location:
- Paid Express or Standard delivery orders ship the same business day guaranteed if placed by 12pm EST Monday thru Friday. After 12pm EST orders ship the same or next business day.
- Free shipping orders ship within 1 business day.
- Add 1 day transit for common shipping holidays.
Tracking confirmation is sent by email or text (depending on the permissions you selected in your account)
Delivery date estimates shown at checkout are set by the carrier (UPS or FEDEX)
- UPS Air and FEDEX Express services and Fedex Home Delivery are the only services with guaranteed delivery dates.
- UPS Ground Services, and Fedex Ground Services are NOT guaranteed to arrive at the estimated date.
- UPDATED MAY 21 2026: We have discontinued shipping with the US Postal Service and no longer offer this option at checkout. All items are imported from the UK/Europe and stored at our climate-controlled US facility. All items are shipped from our US facility to your location.

Express and Standard Orders placed BEFORE 12 pm EST Mon-Fri ship the same day guaranteed (excluding weekends and holidays.) Orders with paid shipping placed AFTER 12 pm EST Mon-Fri ship the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays.) Free shipping orders ship the same or next business day depending on Express shipping order volume. Delivery date estimates come from UPS and Fedex and are not set by us.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR LATE, LOST, OR MISSING PARCELS DUE TO CARRIER-RELATED ISSUES UNLESS SHIPPING INSURANCE HAS BEEN PURCHASED DURING CHECKOUT. SHIPMENTS ALWAYS DEPART OUR FACILITY ON TIME BY 6PM MONDAY-FRIDAY OR EARLIER (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS). We ship from within the United States to almost all domestic US locations. All of our products have shipping options from 1-8 business days within the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times are based on the delivery location in the United States and the shipping service you select at checkout. If your cart minimum qualifies for Free Shipping, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping method typically with the longest delivery time at our discretion. East Coast and Midwest customers will receive Free Shipping parcels usually within 3-6 business days. West Coast and Northwest/Southwest customers will receive Free Shipping parcels usually within 4-8 business days (See Table Below.) The shipping times shown at checkout are delivery estimates only. For Guaranteed delivery times, please select UPS Air or FEDEX Express options.

You will receive a tracking notification to your registered email when the parcel ships from our facility. Tracking may take several hours to activate and depends on when carriers complete the 1st scan. For example, parcels leave our facility at 2pm on Tuesday but are not scanned by the carrier until 8pm that night. Regardless, the estimated delivery time provided at checkout is approximately when you should expect your parcel but this is not a guarantee (unless UPS Air or Fedex Express was selected.)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. When placing your order, please include the PO box number so the proper carrier options are available for shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect address entry or missing information when placing the order. Items returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer may be subject to reshipment fees OR shipping charges may be deducted from issued refunds.
