Shipping Insurance Policy
'4 My Parcels Protection Guarantee'
We now offer ‘4 My Parcels Protection Guarantee’ for all your shipments. This shipping insurance is administered by our internal team to quickly resolve carrier-related delivery issues.
We require this insurance for any parcel claims made due to Carrier issues. Claims for replacement or refund WITHOUT shipping insurance will be denied. We strongly advise purchasing shipping insurance for orders that select Ground Services (USPS ground advantage or UPS ground) at checkout. For a small cost, your child's parcel is protected and you gain peace of mind when dealing with carrier-related issues. As a reminder, our shipping policy states that we are not responsible for parcel issues that are a result of the carrier including delivery delays, damages, or lost parcels.
Get up to a full refund if your order doesn’t arrive as described, including loss or damage in transit. The policy covers the following:
- Delivery delay: $7 refund issued to you if your package is delivered more than 2 business days later than the expected delivery date at checkout** (based on all available tracking information.)
- Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase for damages to your items in transit due to poor carrier handling.
- Clear Photos of the following are required:
- Shipping label
- Damaged box
- Damaged product
- Product lot numbers may be requested to verify product authenticity
- Loss: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is not delivered and deemed lost by the carrier (based on all available tracking information 7 full business days after the expected delivery date.)
Simply email: info@4mytots.com with your order number to easily resolve your package issues if any of the above happens. We can resolve most issues in 48 business hours with minimal ‘back and forth’ emails. Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed.
