Orders with paid shipping placed AFTER 12 pm EST Mon-Fri ship the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays.) Free shipping orders ship the same or next business day depending on Express shipping order volume. Delivery date estimates come from UPS and Fedex and are not set by us.

We offer various shipping rates to accommodate all of our customers needs. Please note: IF YOU NEED AN ITEM ON A SPECIFIC DATE, WE STRONGLY ADVISE USING UPS AIR or FEDEX EXPRESS SERVICES WHICH ARE FULLY GUARANTEED.
We ship from within the United States to almost all domestic US locations. All of our products have shipping options from 1-8 business days within the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times are based on the delivery location in the United States and the shipping service you select at checkout. If your cart minimum qualifies for Free Shipping, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping method typically with the longest delivery time at our discretion. East Coast and Midwest customers will receive Free Shipping parcels usually within 3-6 business days. West Coast and Northwest/Southwest customers will receive Free Shipping parcels usually within 4-8 business days (See Table Below.) The shipping times shown at checkout are delivery estimates only. For Guaranteed delivery times, please select UPS Air or FEDEX Express options.
You will receive a tracking notification to your registered email when the parcel ships from our facility. Tracking may take several hours to activate and depends on when carriers complete the 1st scan. For example, parcels leave our facility at 2pm on Tuesday but are not scanned by the carrier until 8pm that night. Regardless, the estimated delivery time provided at checkout is approximately when you should expect your parcel but this is not a guarantee (unless UPS Air or Fedex Express was selected.)

For a very small cost, this insurance can help provide peace of mind when confronted with what is, unfortunately, now more frequent carrier-related issues. As a reminder, our shipping policy states that we are not responsible for parcel issues that are a result of the carrier including delivery delays, damages, or lost parcels. This option is only available for certain items in our catalog to Orlando area residents. If local delivery is available, it will be listed during checkout under shipping options. If there is no option available, then this service is not currently offered in your area.
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
We now offer international shipping to Canada. All duties are included at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. When placing your order, please include the PO box number so the proper carrier options are available for shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect address entry or missing information when placing the order. Items returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer may be subject to reshipment fees OR shipping charges may be deducted from issued refunds.
