Our Process in Detail:

1) Direct Sourcing of Products

ALL the products we offer are sourced directly from UK-European manufacturers or their assigned distributors. This allows us to get the freshest products and minimizes multiple 3rd parties and resellers from handling the baby products or storing them in uncertain conditions. Also, this allows us to maintain a log of valid product lot numbers traceable to the product manufacturer.

2) Authentic British-European Products Only

 The formulas and baby foods in our catalog are the same ones that British and European parents use for their children. We do NOT sell the American versions [of Kendamil for example] that the big box retailers sell here. The American versions of these formulas follow USDA protocols not the European Union standard. European formulas produced overseas have no fillers, artificial colors or flavors, added sugars, or preservatives. 

Some American companies are now offering organic formulas produced in the United States. That's a slight improvement from the 'modified corn syrup solids' found in the big name American formula companies, But we feel that EU (European Union) organic standards are still much better than the US in several ways. Here is a chart comparing them:

US produced organic formulas can have synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, and antibiotics allowed by law! And if the farm location labeling is not required, who knows where the milk is coming from! We wouldn't want that for our child, would you want that for yours?

Ultimately, the quality difference becomes noticeable to parents when their child happily takes all of the feed or bowl of rice that they weren't eating properly before. Everyone in our company can attest to this experience with their own children when switching from a domestic formula to a clean British one. 5) Storage, Inspection & Packing

ALL products are received by air freight and stored in sanitary, climate-controlled facilities in London and in the US.

ALL items go through a thorough inspection process before they ship to you. Any item that fails our quality control is discarded and replaced (or refunded if not available).

Original factory seals should always come to you intact. We may reinforce certain packaging for international bulk shipping to our US facility but no repacking is done. Unfortunately some sellers offer repackaged products. We believe this practice is abhorrent and betrays the trust of a parent trying to provide the best for their child.

ALL parcels are hand-packed by our employees trained for quality and hygiene control. Hand-packing allows us to use the most suitable packing materials to minimize damages during transit and carrier handling. It is rare that a customer receives damaged items due to packing quality. If it happens at all, it's usually due to poor carrier handling. Our Shipping Protection Plan at Checkout affordably covers all carrier handling issues so your experience can be worry-free door to door.
