For example, a product manufactured for the UK market is not necessarily the same product as one manufactured for the U.S. market simply because the brand name is the same.

Formula and baby food deserve careful handling.

Our products are stored in sanitary, climate-controlled facilities, including our U.S. fulfillment operation.

Before an order leaves our facility, products are inspected for issues such as:

Original packaging matters

We do not repackage formula or baby food.

 6. We Ship From the United States

Our products are imported from the UK and Europe, but your order is fulfilled from our U.S. facility.

This is an important distinction.

You are not placing an order that we simply forward to an overseas retailer after checkout. We receive and handle inventory here in the United States before fulfilling your order.

This allows us to inspect products before they reach you, maintain inventory locally, and provide U.S.-based customer support.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Protection

We know that shipping is an important part of the buying experience, but once an order leaves our facility, some aspects of delivery are outside our direct control.

Carriers can delay, damage, or occasionally lose packages.
