Orders with paid shipping placed before 12 PM EST Monday–Friday are scheduled to ship the same business day.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates unless the selected service specifically includes a carrier delivery commitment.
Every order is inspected, verified, and hand-packed before shipment.
Tracking information is provided when your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully. Because we sell infant and children's food products, some items are not eligible for return.

All food products, including infant formula, cereals, and snacks, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Eligible non-food items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns must be new, unused, unopened, and have all original factory seals intact.
Gift cards, clearance items, and items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
We do not offer exchanges.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus applicable original shipping and return shipping charges.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
