Refund policy
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. The 30 day return deadline is determined using the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them; NEW, UNOPENED with original factory seals intact in the original packaging. We DO NOT accept returns on ANY food items INCLUDING FORMULAS AND CEREALS.
PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDERS CAREFULLY. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR ANY FOODS AND FORMULAS.
To start a return, contact us at: info@4mytots.com. In the email please provide the order number or email address you used to register and the quantity of NEW UNOPENED item(s) with original factory seals intact being returned so that we can process your return promptly. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label to the email address on file. Please carefully repack the items to avoid damage in transit. You may use the box and packing materials from the original shipment. Apply the return label over the old shipping label and give the parcel to the appropriate carrier (UPS/USPS). Return tracking will activate after the carrier’s 1st scan. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund your original payment method minus shipping and return shipping charges. Please allow sufficient time for us to complete the return and inspection and for the refund to be issued. A refund confirmation is always sent to the email on file. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Defects:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. In the rare case that an item is damaged, please contact us immediately with any relevant photos at info@4mytots.com so we can resolve the issue promptly without excessive ‘back & forth’ emails. If Shipping insurance was purchased at checkout, damaged items will always be replaced promptly at no additional charge with an identical item using the same shipping service speed as the original parcel. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued. If Shipping insurance was not purchased at checkout and we deem the damages were the cause of carrier handling, we will not accept a claim for return or replacement.
Non-returnable items:
Because of the delicate nature of our food catalog (mostly organic and without preservatives) we do NOT accept returns on ANY food items (baby snack food items, baby formulas, and baby cereals). As parents, we would not want a perishable item that was given to another household, returned to us, and then sent to our home for our child to use. We believe most parents would agree with us. This policy ensures a high standard of product care and quality and upholds product safety for the children consuming these foods. Additionally, we take very seriously the trust parents place in us to provide food items in their safest and most optimal condition.

We do not accept returns for gift cards or clearance items. Clearance items or Items from our ‘Specials’ Menu are sold as is and are final sale only.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please order your items carefully. We do not accept "buyer's remorse" to change or modify orders that have already been placed. We ship items quickly, sometimes within 1-2 hours of order placement to meet the needs of parents who often need these items urgently. To avoid return shipping charges, please check your cart carefully prior to checkout.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus relevant shipping and return shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Carrier Returned Shipments:
Parcels returned to us for refused delivery, incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, customer moved, PO Box issues, or any reason related to information not provided by the customer during order placement will automatically incur shipping and return shipping charges and possible restocking fees prior to issuing any expected refunds.
