4 My Tots Importation Policies and Protocols

Besides our catalog product selection criteria, import policies take the most deliberate planning and consideration to ensure protocols are followed properly to serve our customers effectively, timely and consistently. These policies are as follows:

• All products are imported from the United Kingdom and Europe. Currently, most products come from the UK, some come from Western European countries like France, Germany, or Switzerland*.
• All our reputable vendors have been vetted per our selection criteria and most of them have delivered products to our London warehouse facility for many years.
• Inspection and packing for bulk international air freight is completed by our London team.
• Appropriate paperwork is filed to minimize disruption or delay.
• Any required duties are filed by us. Some customers might be required to pay sales tax (at checkout) depending on their state's laws. We are proud to announce that  have never charged customers any duties. Your payment at checkout is final.
• While US policies and the FDA are not supportive regarding any European food import, we are steadfast in our resolve to provide American customers these high quality items. We are driven forward in this purpose from positive customer feedback and witnessing their children thrive from consuming premium, highly-regulated and scrutinized products.

Our protocols did not develop overnight. They are the culmination of years of meticulous planning and cultivating strong relationships over time. Certainly, there were challenges and difficulties along the way (2024 formula shortage, covid, and changing tariff policy for instance) but we have a refined process that allows us to persevere for our customers without lowering our standard for consistency, quality, and service.
