We ship from within the United States to almost all domestic locations including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All of our products have shipping options from 1-6 business days. Delivery times are based on delivery location in the United States and the shipping service you select at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. You will receive a tracking notification to your registered email when the item leaves our facility. Tracking may take several hours to activate and depends on when carriers complete the 1st scan. For example, parcels leave our facility at 2pm on Tuesday but are not scanned by the carrier until 8pm that night. Regardless, the estimated delivery time provided at checkout is approximately when you should expect your parcel but this is NOT A GUARANTEE.

We offer various shipping rates to accommodate all of our customers needs. We currently also have Free Shipping for orders over $35. Free Shipping uses Standard Carrier Ground Services which do NOT guarantee a "deliver by" date. Parcels using this service usually deliver on the estimated delivery date seen at checkout but may also arrive 1-2 days later. We do not provide shipping refunds for carrier delays if USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Surepost, or any UPS Ground Services are selected at checkout as a shipping service including Free Shipping. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM ON A SPECIFIC DATE, WE STRONGLY ADVISE USING UPS AIR SERVICES WHICH ARE FULLY GUARANTEED AND INSURED DELIVERY SERVICES.
We now offer ‘4 My Parcels Protection Guarantee’ for all your shipments. This shipping insurance is administered by our internal team to quickly resolve carrier-related delivery issues.
We highly recommend this insurance for all orders using USPS or UPS Ground services. When time-sensitive items for your child are in transit, having coverage really helps with carrier-related losses and damages. For a small cost, this insurance can help provide peace of mind when confronted with what is, unfortunately, now more frequent carrier-related issues. As a reminder, our shipping policy states that we are not responsible for parcel issues that are a result of the carrier including delivery delays, damages, or lost parcels. The Free Shipping code entered at checkout is available to customers in the continental US for most orders over $35 but there are some exceptions. Orders with heavy total package weights may be excluded depending on their location in the US. Additionally some remote locations in the US may not be eligible for free shipping. If the discount code entered does not provide free shipping, then your delivery location or the weight of the shipment must be changed to activate the Free Shipping code. We cannot answer any questions about Free Shipping discount code use. The code works automatically at checkout if the conditions listed for weight and location are correct.
