Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available to you as a subscription ('Subscribe and Save'). This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel subscriptions.

 
Subscriptions 

Our subscription service is fully customer-managed. This allows you to decide on the quantity and frequency of deliveries that best suits your needs. You can change or cancel the subscription at any time. The subscription management page is a tab next to your customer account tab when you log in to your customer account.
Your secured payment details from your customer account are the same used for the subscription. You will be charged for each of these deliveries on the date of shipment. Like all other orders, you will receive email notifications for order purchase, shipment status, tracking etc. to the registered email on file.
Subscriptions auto-renew until you change or cancel them. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.  
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time from the subscription management tab located next to your customer account page.

Please note:

Since the subscriptions are customer-managed, we do not have the ability to cancel, change or update subscriptions or the orders that are due to ship out. You are fully in control and responsible for the subscribed quantity and duration.
