All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. You will receive a notification with tracking to your registered email when the item leaves our facility. Tracking may take several hours to activate and depends on when carriers complete the 1st scan. For example, parcels leave our facility at 2pm on Tuesday but are not scanned by the carrier until 8pm that night. Regardless, the estimated delivery time provided at checkout is approximately when you should expect your parcel but this is NOT A GUARANTEE.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SET DELIVERY TIMES. THEY ARE GENERATED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER (UPS AND USPS.) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERIES DUE TO CARRIER DELAYS.
