For example, parcels leave our facility at 2pm on Tuesday but are not scanned by the carrier until 8pm that night. Regardless, the estimated delivery time provided at checkout is approximately when you should expect your parcel but this is NOT A GUARANTEE.

For a small cost, this insurance can help provide peace of mind when confronted with what is, unfortunately, now more frequent carrier-related issues. As a reminder, our shipping policy states that we are not responsible for parcel issues that are a result of the carrier including delivery delays, damages, or lost parcels. Free Shipping Limitations**

The Free Shipping code entered at checkout is available to customers in the continental US for most orders over $35 but there are some exceptions. Orders with heavy total package weights may be excluded depending on their location in the US. Additionally some remote locations in the US may not be eligible for free shipping. If the discount code entered does not provide free shipping, then your delivery location or the weight of the shipment must be changed to activate the Free Shipping code.
