Please choose carefully. Because we sell infant and children's food products, some items are not eligible for return.
- All food products, including infant formula, cereals, and snacks, are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Eligible non-food items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligible returns must be new, unused, unopened, and have all original factory seals intact.
- Gift cards, clearance items, and items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus applicable original shipping and return shipping charges.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Received something damaged or defective? Please contact us promptly with photos so we can help resolve the issue. Carrier-related damage or loss is covered by 4 My Parcels Protection when purchased at checkout.
