General Ready-to-Feed FAQs

How many do I need?

It really varies since every baby is different and some parents are combination feeding (supplementing formula with breast milk). Routinely, most parents need one pack of 6 every week for newborns and young infants if exclusively using liquid formula. Older infants and toddlers consume more per feed but also start to eat solids and may finish one pack of 6 every 5-6 days. We generally advise ordering a little extra whenever introducing a new formula to account for spit ups, mistakes, or opened bottles left out of the fridge on accident.

Do I need to warm the ready milk?

The milk can be consumed as is or warmed in a pot on the stove depending on your baby's preference. Please do not microwave and check that warmed milk is at a safe temperature by dribbling some milk on your wrist before feeding baby.

The bottle is not empty, can I use it for the next feed?

Yes, if the opened bottle is closed and refrigerated on time. Leftovers should be used within 24 hours and kept refrigerated at all times. Incomplete feeds or feeds that have been sitting out for more than an hour should be discarded to prevent illness. To be safe, the motto our team members live by is "when it doubt, throw it out."

How should I store the ready to feed bottles?

Unopened bottles can be stored at room temperature in a clean kitchen cabinet that isn't next to a stove. Opened bottles must be refrigerated promptly and used within 24 hours.

Can I use the ready milk to mix with baby rice or porridge?

Yes, when your infant is ready for first foods, ready milks are a great way to meet their daily formula needs and add a creamy texture to their cereals. Just follow the liquid quantities listed on the rice or porridge package. Leftover cereals mixed with formula should be discarded after mealtime to prevent illness.

All items are imported from the UK and Europe and stored in our hygienic climate-controlled US facility.
All orders ship from the US to your location:
- Paid Express or Standard delivery orders ship the same business day guaranteed if placed by 12pm EST Monday thru Friday. After 12pm EST orders ship the same or next business day.
- Free shipping orders ship within 1 business day.
- Add 1 day transit for common shipping holidays.
Tracking confirmation is sent by email or text (depending on the permissions you selected in your account)
Delivery date estimates shown at checkout are set by the carrier (UPS or FEDEX)
- UPS Air and FEDEX Express services and Fedex Home Delivery are the only services with guaranteed delivery dates.
- UPS Ground Services, and Fedex Ground Services are NOT guaranteed to arrive at the estimated date.
- UPDATED MAY 21 2026: We have discontinued shipping with the US Postal Service and no longer offer this option at checkout. Our customers rely on timely delivery and over the past few months there are been numerous issues including lost, damaged and late parcels and no useful process to file claims on behalf of our customers. We have been able to secure better shipping rates with UPS and Fedex to compensate for this change.

Express and Standard Orders placed BEFORE 12 pm EST Mon-Fri ship the same day guaranteed (excluding weekends and holidays.) Orders with paid shipping placed AFTER 12 pm EST Mon-Fri ship the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays.) Free shipping orders ship the same or next business day depending on Express shipping order volume. Delivery date estimates come from UPS and Fedex and are not set by us.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR LATE, LOST, OR MISSING PARCELS DUE TO CARRIER-RELATED ISSUES UNLESS SHIPPING INSURANCE HAS BEEN PURCHASED DURING CHECKOUT. We ship from within the United States to almost all domestic US locations. All of our products have shipping options from 1-8 business days within the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times are based on the delivery location in the United States and the shipping service you select at checkout. If your cart minimum qualifies for Free Shipping, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping method typically with the longest delivery time at our discretion. East Coast and Midwest customers will receive Free Shipping parcels usually within 3-6 business days. West Coast and Northwest/Southwest customers will receive Free Shipping parcels usually within 4-8 business days (See Table Below.) The shipping times shown at checkout are delivery estimates only. You will receive a tracking notification to your registered email when the parcel ships from our facility. Tracking may take several hours to activate and depends on when carriers complete the 1st scan. For example, parcels leave our facility at 2pm on Tuesday but are not scanned by the carrier until 8pm that night. Regardless, the estimated delivery time provided at checkout is approximately when you should expect your parcel but this is not a guarantee (unless UPS Air or Fedex Express was selected.)

For a very small cost, this insurance can help provide peace of mind when confronted with what is, unfortunately, now more frequent carrier-related issues. As a reminder, our shipping policy states that we are not responsible for parcel issues that are a result of the carrier including delivery delays, damages, or lost parcels. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time for your parcel, please contact us at info@4mytots.com with your order number, and we will look into the issue for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. When placing your order, please include the PO box number so the proper carrier options are available for shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect address entry or missing information when placing the order. Items returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer may be subject to reshipment fees OR shipping charges may be deducted from issued refunds. Please check for accuracy before submitting your order.

Return-Refund Policy

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. The 30 day return deadline is determined using the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them; NEW, UNOPENED with original factory seals intact in the original packaging. We DO NOT accept returns on ANY food items INCLUDING FORMULAS AND CEREALS.

PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDERS CAREFULLY. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR ANY FOODS AND FORMULAS.

To start a return, contact us at: info@4mytots.com. In the email please provide the order number or email address you used to register and the quantity of NEW UNOPENED item(s) with original factory seals intact being returned so that we can process your return promptly. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label to the email address on file. Please carefully repack the items to avoid damage in transit. You may use the box and packing materials from the original shipment. Apply the return label over the old shipping label and give the parcel to the appropriate carrier (UPS/USPS). Return tracking will activate after the carrier’s 1st scan. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund your original payment method minus shipping and return shipping charges. Please allow sufficient time for us to complete the return and inspection and for the refund to be issued. A refund confirmation is always sent to the email on file. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Defects:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. In the rare case that an item is damaged, please contact us immediately with any relevant photos at info@4mytots.com so we can resolve the issue promptly without excessive ‘back & forth’ emails. If Shipping insurance was purchased at checkout, damaged items will always be replaced promptly at no additional charge with an identical item using the same shipping service speed as the original parcel. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued. If Shipping insurance was not purchased at checkout and we deem the damages were the cause of carrier handling, we will not accept a claim for return or replacement.

Non-returnable items:

Because of the delicate nature of our food catalog (mostly organic and without preservatives) we do NOT accept returns on ANY food items (baby snack food items, baby formulas, and baby cereals). As parents, we would not want a perishable item that was given to another household, returned to us, and then sent to our home for our child to use. We believe most parents would agree with us. This policy ensures a high standard of product care and quality and upholds product safety for the children consuming these foods. Additionally, we take very seriously the trust parents place in us to provide food items in their safest and most optimal condition.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Please order your items carefully. We do not accept "buyer's remorse" to change or modify orders that have already been placed. We ship items quickly, sometimes within 1-2 hours of order placement to meet the needs of parents who often need these items urgently. To avoid return shipping charges, please check your cart carefully prior to checkout.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus relevant shipping and return shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Carrier Returned Shipments:
